Diante de mudanças econômicas e culturais,  novos modelos de negócios desconstroem os princípios mais ortodoxos da competitividade e fazem emergir uma nova lógica econômica baseada na vantagem colaborativa e nas relações ganha-ganha. Esses negócios têm criado riqueza por meio de práticas em que o todo passa a ser maior que a soma das partes. A natureza dos empreendimentos femininos tem sido essencialmente colaborativa e representam uma força transformadora para a criação de economias mais sustentáveis e humanizadas. Rosa Alegria irá apresentar valores fundamentais que valorizam a colaboração como condição para o futuro dos novos negócios.

Argentina representada por el Centro de Estudios Prospectivos de la Universidad Nacional de Cuyo en Mendoza incorporará la dimensión del futuro en las temáticas y problemáticas relacionadas a las mujeres, jóvenes y adultos mayores como sujetos sociales vulnerables.

La idea es contribuir a la reflexión y el debate, a través de conferencias y mesas redondas, con la participación de expertos especialistas en los temas focales y explorar sus futuros probables, posibles y preferibles.
